1. **Database Provision and Volunteer Information**  

   The Chiselers provides a platform for volunteers to register and list their skills, availability, and other relevant information. This database is made available to participating school districts, which are responsible for selecting and engaging with volunteers based on their needs. The Chiselers does not endorse, recommend, or make any representations regarding the suitability, qualifications, or conduct of any volunteers listed in the database.

2. **School District and/or Organizations Responsibilities**  

   School districts and/or organizations are solely responsible for selecting volunteers from The Chiselers database and for all interactions between the selected volunteers and their students, staff, or other individuals. This includes conducting any additional background checks, interviews, or evaluations deemed necessary by the school district prior to engaging a volunteer.

3. **Volunteer Conduct**  

   Volunteers are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct while participating in any activities with the school districts. Any form of illegal, unethical, or inappropriate behavior is grounds for immediate removal from The Chiselers database and may result in legal action by the affected school district or other parties.

4. **Limitation of Liability**  

   The Chiselers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the actions, conduct, or performance of volunteers selected by school districts. This includes, but is not limited to, any illegal activities, misconduct, negligence, or other actions that result in harm to students, staff, other volunteers, or third parties.

5. **Indemnification**  

   School districts and volunteers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Chiselers its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the program or use of the database. This includes any claims resulting from the actions or conduct of the volunteers or decisions made by the school districts.

6. **No Guarantee of Volunteer Suitability**  

   The Chiselers does not guarantee the suitability, availability, or performance of any volunteer listed in the database. The responsibility for ensuring that a volunteer meets the needs and standards of the school district lies entirely with the district.

7. **Acknowledgment of Risk**  

   By registering as a volunteer or utilizing the Chiselers database, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with volunteer activities, including but not limited to the risk of harm, injury, or damage caused by the actions of volunteers or other participants. You agree that The Chiselers is not responsible for any such risks and release The Chiselers from any and all liability arising from your participation in the program or use of the database.

8. **Termination of Participation**  

   The Chiselers reserves the right to remove any volunteer from the database at its sole discretion and without prior notice. School districts may also choose to discontinue the engagement of any volunteer at their discretion.
